request. A small fee may be required and subject to
availability, please ask at least the day before your check in or
out is scheduled.
1. Information :
Parking, the spot available to you is at the lower level
driveway farthest from the fenced area on the right if you
pull straight into the driveway. If you have a guest and they
need parking please have them park at the bottom of the
driveway where there is a row of pea gravel. Or off to the
side not blocking other guests. You are allowed up to 2
vehicles per unit.
To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be
sanitarily stored inside the property and regularly moved to
trash bins at the entrance of the driveway . Please be sure
the trash bins are securely closed. If you are renting during
trash days please put trash at end of driveway to the right in
front of the curb, they must be 3 feet a part from one
another or sanitation will not pick them up!! Recycle must
be put in individually no plastic bags, glass plastic and real
paper containers only!! Trash containers are BROWN and
Recycle Bin is BLUE. The GREEN Bin is YARD waste
ONLY. Trash is picked up on mornings of Thursday and
Recyclables are picked up every other Monday. During the
holidays these days will change, and we will be responsible.
Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to
avoid clogs. The pipes in this house are old please
no other items in the toilette but toilette paper.
A couple guests are no problem please be mindful of other
guests at the property. No large loud parties. If found to be
having a party you will be asked to leave at own financial
responsibilities. There will be no refunds if asked to leave the
premises.
NO parties and NO smoking, cigarettes or other substances
are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Dogs Considered, read pet policy. Small to medium size
dog, no more than 50lbs (up to 2)
There is a a pet fee $150, & $50 for additional.
Before your departure please strip the beds that were used,
linens that were used in general, and leave them in the
hallway or laundry room on the floor. Please leave the
property as clean as possible, dirty dishes in dishwasher
running etc.
Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 2.
Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or
eviction. Visitors are fine up to an extent, any more than 2
will need to be approved by the agent. They are not allowed
to sleep at the property.
Noise Level:
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11:00
PM and 8:00 AM, to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Parking:
Park only in designated areas. There are 4 parking spots
available in the driveway and up to 2 on the street, at own
risk. Please be mindful of neighbors if you have visitors.
Heating/Cooling:
Please Considerate of the owner, please do not over cool or
heat the unit, much more then 30 degrees below or above
the outside temperature is too much!
Kitchen Use:
Clean up after using the kitchen. Wash dishes, and do not
leave food out. Please use provided utensils and appliances
responsibly. When leaving the property please leave any dirty
dishes in the dishwasher running as you depart.
Security and Safety:
Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Report any damages or malfunctions immediately.
Damage and Breakages:
Guests are responsible for any damage or
breakages incurred during their stay. Please report
any issues to the host promptly.
Personal Items:
The host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Secure your belongings when not in the property.
Appliances and Equipment:
Follow instructions for using appliances and equipment.
Turn off all appliances when not in use.
Compliance with Local Laws:
Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations. Any
illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the
stay and potential legal consequences at guests own expense.

When you enter the unit there is a little dining table and to
the right is the bathroom. As you go into the living room
area you will see a large flat screen TV with Cable and
streaming capabilities. The the Kitchen is stocked with
utensils and cook ware with a stove, microwave and
refrigerator. As you circle back you will see the entrance to
the bedroom that has a large plush queen size bed. There is
a desk and chair for anyone who may need to get some work
done and a large comfy second couch.

2 Total guest to sleep at the property a few visitors are fine
but please be sure to be mindful of your neighbors and
observe city ordinances. 11pm-8am, and guest have to leave
they can not spend the night unless approved by agent.
